Eat till You Explode! Unlimited Dining Package on Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas from Singapore  | MerRyan SG Guide - December 2020

Hihi good day to everyone!

MerRyan went on board for Cruise to Nowhere on Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas - and bought the unlimited Dining Package where you can dine NON-STOP!!!

Specialty restaurants include Izumi, Chops Grille, Jamie's Italian and Wonderland.

MerRyan paid about USD100 for the package. Without the package, most of the restaurants are about $30 to $50 cover charge for all-you-can-eat, except Izumi's where you get 1 appetizer, 2 main courses and 1 dessert.

Here's the video:

MerRyan went on a cruise on Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Sea. I bought the unlimited dining package to just eat eat and eat. Let me show you how to enjoy a cruise of unlimited food!

The highlight of the package must be the dining experience at Wonderland - the almost Michelin restaurant. It is very popular so I advise you to make reservation once you're onboard.

We waited in line just to secure the reservation because we couldn't book via the app.

The Wonderland is based on the themes from Alice in Wonderland.

The menu only appears when you paint the picture frame and MerRyan did a good job. We ordered everything from the menu.

The first is clear tomato soup served in a test tube, with avocado crab meat wanton skin.

Lobster bisque, with of course lobster!

The server explained all the dishes to us - of course with a mask on.

The egg yolk was taken out and beaten with smoky sauce before putting it back - served with a flair!

Wonton soup served with a twist.

Freshly prepared lime sorbet with raw tuna to refresh the palette for the main course.

Sashimi of red and white tuna.

The world famous Berkshire black pork belly! It is totally soft, and it melts in your mouth with flavor.

Stewed beef so soft it dissolves in your mouth.

The Branzino is a highlight - it is served with crispy bread and rice.

The signature main course in Wonderland is the Halibut cooked in paper. Very juicy and yummy!

For desserts, we had the Forbidden apple It's ice cream and mousse.

The Dreams was ice cream and meringue.

Lastly, the World is the stuff of chocolate fantasy and hot favorite. Definitely must try if you can only choose one dessert.

The next recommended restaurant is Jamie's Italian. Many people say the food served here is better than on land.

Nobody skips the meat platter. It is as delicious as it looks.

The baked mushroom is divine. It is unique to Quantum of the Seas.

Don't miss the Crispy Squid, Rocket and Bufala salad, olives, and Black Truffle Risotto riceballs.

Ultimate Garlic Bread it's a must try!

The Penne Carbonara is very creamy but light.

And of course the famous Prawn Linguine! It is slightly spicy but the broth is delicious.

The Lasagna, the Lamb Chops - must order; it is very soft and juicy.

For those who doesn't take beef, there's Calambrian Chicken.

MerRyan looks forward to Desserts. The Almalfi Meringue cheesecake is lighter than it looks - sourish but sweet.

The Tiramisu.

And finally the Pavlova - it's a very light meringue.

Moving on, the next restaurant is the Chops Grille -the best grill on the ship. Some people say there's a dress code here so better dress nice nice!

We start with the appetizers - the mushroom soup is a must try! I'm not exaggerating but it's the best mushroom soup I've ever tried.

The Jumbo prawn cocktail.

Maryland crab cake with real crab.

Beef Carpaccio; Raw Tuna and Avocado mixed together; the Berkshire Black Pork Bacon it is a must try.

Next is the steak, it tastes much better than it looks. It's 16 oz Prime Bone-in Rib-eye, can serve 2 people!

Grilled chicken.

Grilled Branzino - it is as good as the one from Wonderland.

The main courses comes with all-you-can-eat side dishes - try the mashed potato!

For dessert, we have the Key Lime pie, and Red Velvet cake. The Key Lime pie, as usual, is a must try!

Last of the restaurants is Izumi. It's the only Asian specialty restaurant -we ate there every day!

The Chirashi Don is well prepared.

The Tonkotsu ramen has a very good broth.

The rolls here are the best. Try the spider roll.

The Truffle creamy lobster roll.

Don't miss the Baked snow crab and salmon dynamite.

Of course, Fried Tempura, and the highlight - Sashimi Moriawase! We had it every day!

Don't miss the desserts which is extremely tasty!

Well, well, well; that's all for the specialty restaurant. If you don't have the dining package, usually you pay a cover charge of about $30 - $50 and you can  enjoy a free flow of all the food except for
Izumi where you get 1 appetizer, 2 main courses and a dessert.

If you're still starving after the specially restaurants, you get to eat more from the complimentary included restaurants.

The Main Dining Room is open for all for all three meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A tip for quick dining is to ask for all the food to be served at once; otherwise, they only serve you main course after appetizers, which will take time.

The escargots are to die for! Everybody who has been on the cruise agrees.

Try the Grilled Atlantic cod.

Pulled pork burger - very tender.

For desserts, don't miss the Strawberry Cheesecake, the recommended Creme Brulee, and also the Key Lime pie.

If you want a quick meal, visit Sorrento's the pizza place.

This New York style pizza is delicious, and you can bring it back to the room to eat for supper.

There are so much pizzas to choose from, and the thing is they keep making so many!

Next to Sorrento's, there's also the Cafe Promenade.

It has lots of quick food and drinks  to eat in or to bring back to the room,

Cafe@270 also has quick food that's good for tea time, including soups, meats and sandwiches. It is all served buffet style so you can take as much as you want.

Last but not least, Solarium and Windjammers serves buffet breakfast and lunch for more and more dining, so you can just sit there and eat and eat.

MerRyan ate too much for this cruise and MerRyan has exploded!

But I hope this guide can help you to select your dining options on the cruise. Bye bye!
